- Do participants need to create an account?
- No. Nobody needs an account — not you, not the people signing. You get an admin link by email, and the team gets a simple link to sign.
- How long does the card stay online?
- The card stays accessible online. The person it's for can check it out whenever they like.
- Can I delete a message?
- Yes. Your admin link lets you remove any message before you present the card.
- How do I follow up with people who haven't signed yet?
- Set a share date on the card: Bons Mots automatically emails a reminder to anyone invited who hasn't signed yet, a few days before the deadline and again the day before. You can also see at any time who's signed and who still needs a nudge. The card never closes, so latecomers can always add their message.
- Can we present the card in a meeting or on Zoom?
- Yes. Presentation mode shows the messages one by one, full screen, and you move through them with the spacebar or arrow keys — perfect for projecting the card during a meeting or a Zoom call. You launch it from the admin page or from the card itself.
- We also want to chip in for a group gift: is that possible?
